SES Fair

The Supplemental Education Services (SES) Fair will take place on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in the media center. This will be an opportunity for all of our unsigned but eligible families to have their children participate in this worthy program.

Open House Date Change

Due to the scheduled School Board meeting on Wednesday, September 10, our Open House will take place on Tuesday, October 9 at 6:30 p.m.

EESAC Meeting

We will be holding our first EESAC meeting on Thursday, August 28 at 3:15 p.m. in the media center.  The main item will be a review of the School Improvement Plan that we will submit at the state level.

Fins Friday Update

Bad News: Jason Taylor was traded to the Redskins

Good News: TD (Dolphins Mascot) and other staff are coming to Parkway Elementary on Friday, October 17 from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. for grades K-2 and 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. for grades 3-5.

FINS Friday

We are happy to announce that Parkway Elementary School was selected as a participant in the Miami Dolphins Fins Friday Program. The mascot (TD) and other members from the Dolphins Organization will be at our school on Friday, October 17. Details To Come

Career Day

Our annual Career Day will take place tomorrow. This will be a rewarding experience for all. Please check Mr. Cascudo's email with the attached schedule.

Ms. Heyligar's Baby Shower will take place on Wednesday, March 26 at 2:00 p.m. in our Media Center. See you there.

Michael Yormak

Michael Yormak, President of the Florida Panthers of the NHL will be here on Friday, February 29 at 9:00 a.m. to give inspirational talk to our students in the cafeteria. Thank you Mr. Yormak and Ms. Fogelson.

New EESAC Meeting Date

Our next EESAC Meeting Date has changed. The meeting will now be held on Thursday, February 21 at 3:15 p.m. in the media center. Please plan accordingly.

EESAC Meeting

There will be an EESAC meeting on Wednesday, February 20 at 2:15 p.m. The issues to discuss will be our initiatives for the second half of the school year.

Superintendent's Annual Meeting, Community Workshops

Superintendent Rudy Crew will hold the first of six meetings and community workshops at Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School, 1410 N.E. 215 Street, on Monday, February 11, beginning promptly at 6:30 p.m.

Evening Parent/Teacher Conference

The Evening Parent/Teacher Conference scheduled for February 19 has been canceled. We will provide more information if it becomes available.

Faculty Meeting Agenda

Our next faculty meeting has been scheduled for February 6^th in lieu of the February 13^th date. Please make plans to attend. Attached is a copy of the agenda.

EESAC Meeting

Honor Roll Breakfast

Our first of three Honor Roll Breakfasts for this year will take place on Wednesday, November 14 at 9:00 a.m. in the cafeteria.
