MySpace could cost teachers their jobs

One Broward teacher could lose his job over profanity and crass photographs he allowed his students to view on his MySpace page. Scott Davis, 31, was band director at Pompano Beach High this year. But his MySpace page, which included a headline that read, I am pissed b----!, with a photo of Davis raising his middle finger, drew complaints, said chief investigator Joe Melita.

The site also included content related to sex, drugs and depression, and although Davis eventually made his page private, some of his students still had access to the site because they were connected as his friends, a district investigation shows.
